TheAuthentic.Life is jointly led by Todd Wheatland and Karen McElroy, individuals who are committed to helping the world evolve through personal transformation. 

With diverse backgrounds and decades of combined experience in health, wellness, mindset, mentoring and coaching, Karen and Todd know exactly what you need to create change and how to get lasting results on all levels.

Having extensive experience working both one-on-one and facilitating in group settings,  they love to create practical and transformative retreats, programmes and online offerings.that really target the unique needs of every client. 

Drawing on a broad range of effective processes and strategies they are committed to fully support each client to have the breakthrough and reset they need.

Weaving together everything from mindset tools, holistic health and wellness strategies and creative expression to personal branding, quantum science insights and spiritual practices, together they love to create unique and personalised offerings and programs that really work.

MEET TODD

With a background in documentary production, Todd is constantly looking for that authentic thread and personal storytelling that can really connect people to their own unique stories and to the world around them.
 
And with extensive coaching, facilitating and speaking experience, Todd's passion is breakthrough moments with clients, assisting people to find their truth and define a roadmap to live a fulfilling life. 
 
Todd has decades of experience in consulting, leadership and entrepreneurial roles. He has worked on strategy development with many of the world's largest brands, and has spent a lifetime refining those same tools and processes to apply at the individual level.  

MEET KAREN

Karen McElroy is a functional medicine naturopath, holistic counsellor, energy medicine practitioner, wellness coach, facilitator and speaker with over 25 years clinical experience.

Karen is a passionate and engaging practitioner and facilitator, and has inspired and supported many thousands of clients to make changes and reach their full potential.

She combines her expertise on holistic health and wellness with a diverse range of tools and strategies from the cutting edge arenas of mind-body medicine, personal development and spiritual practice, to create unique transformational programmes for both individuals and groups.
